Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $120. For orders under $120, a flat fee of $10 applies.

Express Shipping: Need your order quickly? Opt for our Express Shipping available exclusively through Australia Post at a flat rate of $15. Please note, Express Shipping is available only for items shipped from our Melbourne warehouse and not for Partner Products.

Partner Products: We are excited to offer an expanded range of products through partnerships with trusted brands and suppliers. This initiative allows us to provide:

Delivery Times for Partner Products: These items are shipped directly from our partners and typically arrive within 6-14 business days. Please note that express shipping options are not available for Partner Products.

International Shipping: We offer standard tracked shipping to New Zealand at a flat rate of $20.

Order Processing: Our dedicated team strives to process and dispatch your order within 24-48 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 36 hours.

Delivery Estimates:

Metro areas in Australia: 3-5 business days.
WA/NT and regional areas: 6-10 business days.

Important: Ensure your shipping details are accurate. Parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages may only receive a partial refund after the returned item is received by our warehouse.
