What currency are the prices do I see on the site?
All prices are in Australian Dollar.

 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days from Melbourne.
Tracking numbers will be provided after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at info@busyboard.com.au

 

What if my product is in defects?

We make sure all our products are checked before they leaving for shipment, if something goes wrong, please contact us within the first 7 days of receipt of your order for any defects, send us with clear photos and explanations, we will try our best to resolve the issue.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry we don't accept cancelation. If you really hit the button by accident, please contact us immediately before we pack your order. Once the order has printed shipping label, you will not be able to cancel it.  

 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping details. If the parcel has been returned due to wrong address (missing unit number, wrong suburb, etc) or unclaimed parcel, we can only partially refund the balance after we have received the returned parcel.

 

How long does shipping take?
We partner with multiple shipping providers to ensure timely delivery of your purchases. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days for orders to arrive in metro areas and a little longer for regional and remote areas. We have express shipping options available at checkout for extra cost.

 

What are Partner Products?  

Partner Products are items supplied directly to our customers by our trusted partners, which include brands, suppliers, and manufacturers. These partnerships allow us to offer a broader range of products, quicker access to new and exclusive items, and make our store a one-stop shop for all your toy needs.

 

How can we tell which product is a Partner Product? 

All Partner Products are clearly marked at the bottom of the product description page. This identification helps you know exactly which items are shipped directly by our partners.

 

Are there any additional costs for ordering Partner Products?

There are no additional costs specific to ordering Partner Products. Standard shipping fees apply, and remember, free standard shipping is available for orders over $120.

 

Can I order regular items and Partner Products in the same transaction? 

Yes, you can order both regular items and Partner Products in the same transaction. However, they may be shipped separately depending on the source of the Partner Product.

 

How long does it take for Partner Products to ship, and where are they shipped from? 

The shipping time for Partner Products varies as they are shipped directly from different locations, either within Australia or from overseas. Generally, these products are delivered within 6-14 business days, depending on the location of the partner’s stock.

 

Can I choose express shipping for Partner Products?

Express shipping is not available for Partner Products. These items are shipped directly from our partners warehouse using standard shipping to provide the most efficient service possible.

 

What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item from a Partner Product?  

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact our customer care team at info@busyboard.com.au. Include photographs of the item and a description of the issue. Our team will respond as quickly as possible to resolve any problems and ensure your satisfaction.

 

What happens if a Partner Product is returned due to incorrect delivery details or being unclaimed? 

If a Partner Product is returned to the sender due to incorrect address details provided or if it remains unclaimed, we can only issue a partial refund once the item has been returned to our partner. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct when placing your order to avoid such situations.
